Description
Concentrated fresh fruit. Our special process obtained from concentrated fresh fruit. It contains whole and pieces of fresh fruit with fruit puree and a bit of sugar, to conserve the product without use of artificial preservatives. Add the product at almost ready gelato during the processing, to ensure that the fruit doesn’t break.
Dosage: 80 gr per Liter
Packaging: bucket of 3 KG or 6 KG
